Overview & Development

Son Tra Cooperative, established in 2018 in Hong Thai (Na Hang), evolved from a farmer group founded in 2013 by Dang Ngoc Pho.
Starting from abandoned tea hills, the cooperative spent five years restoring and experimenting with Shan Tuyet tea cultivation.

A major turning point came in 2019 when the tea gained market recognition and was selected as an official gift for high-level government diplomatic events.
Today, Son Tra is a leading model for sustainable highland tea development in Vietnam.
