Cao Bo Organic Tea Capacity, Heritage and Terroir Overview
Technical & Production
Cao Bo Organic Tea Joint Stock Company (managed by Director Nguyen Van Bien and Production Head Nguyen Van Toan) preserves a pristine 1,200-hectare organic raw material area leaning against the famous Tay Con Linh range. Originating from a state-owned tea enterprise founded in 1997-1999, the cooperative integrates centuries-old tribal forest stewardship with clean manufacturing to craft high-altitude teas meeting international organic export standards.

Terroir & Quality
Thriving in Thac Tang and Thac Tau villages at elevations up to 2,400 meters, our trees grow entirely naturally in mineral-rich forest soils. The region’s indigenous population is 90-95% Black Dao, whose spiritual culture directly protects these ancient forests. Annual traditions like the “Cao Bo Heritage Tea Zone Festival” held in late March (Lunar Calendar) bring together 11 villages to celebrate artisanal tea-making, preservation, and ancestral cultural practices like the “Cap Sac” adulthood ritual and hand-carved silver smithing.
